Epoch Tech Solutions LLC is a Christian-owned and Christian-operated business. Our faith in Jesus Christ is not separate from who we are; it is part of the foundation upon which we conduct our lives, our relationships, and our business.

We believe that God has called us to work with honesty, integrity, excellence, accountability, and service to others. We seek to conduct our business in a manner consistent with our sincerely held Christian beliefs and the teachings of the Bible.

Our Christian Foundation

We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, that the Bible is the inspired Word of God and provides the foundation for our faith and moral convictions, and that every person is created by God and should be treated with dignity, honesty, and respect.

We believe business should be conducted with integrity, truthfulness, fairness, and excellence. Our work is ultimately an opportunity to honor God by serving others, and we have the freedom and responsibility to maintain and express our sincerely held religious beliefs.

Our Religious Freedom

Epoch Tech Solutions LLC reserves the right, consistent with applicable law, to operate its business according to its sincerely held Christian beliefs and values.

  • Pray and engage in personal religious practices.
  • Make business and operational decisions consistent with sincerely held religious convictions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • Maintain a business environment that allows the owners and employees to practice their faith in accordance with applicable law.

Respect for Others

Our Christian faith teaches us to treat others with dignity, honesty, kindness, and respect. We serve businesses and individuals from many different backgrounds and beliefs. We do not require our customers, partners, or employees to share our Christian beliefs.

Respecting another person's beliefs does not require us to abandon or conceal our own. We believe people can disagree about matters of faith while continuing to conduct themselves with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

We strive to tell the truth, keep our commitments, protect confidential information, treat people with dignity, provide professional and competent service, take responsibility for our work, correct mistakes, conduct business ethically, and seek excellence.

Because Epoch Tech Solutions LLC is Christian-owned and operated, Christian expression may occasionally appear in our business communications, company culture, educational materials, or other appropriate business contexts. Examples may include Scripture, references to Christian principles, prayer, or expressions of gratitude to God.

Such expression represents the sincerely held beliefs of the owners of Epoch Tech Solutions LLC. It is not intended to require customers or business partners to adopt those beliefs.

Freedom of Conscience

We believe that freedom of conscience is an important part of religious liberty. We respect the right of others to hold different religious beliefs, no religious beliefs, or beliefs with which we may disagree. We likewise ask that our sincerely held Christian beliefs be treated with the same respect.
